Detailed review about Psycho Candies Slot

Psycho CandiesThere are candy Bombs, Bonus symbols leading to a Pick and Click game, Cascade Multipliers, a Boss Fight, and to top it off, Free Spins. 5 candy indicators above the 6×6 grid are filled as you score cascade after cascade. Once you have them repleted, the Boss Fight feature (for that colour) is initiated.

Electronic Waltz music amplifies the light-hearted atmosphere as the bright wacky symbols drop and vaporize when combined in your favour. The music will speed up if the tension rises and the candies fall in the right place at the right time. Eventually, the max win of 100 000 coins (calculated as 5000x the total bet via the max stake) could be yours to pocket.

This quirky Medium Volatility slot with one of the highest RTP’s out there – 97.5% – is sure to wake up the sweet tooth in all players. Check the Psycho Candies online slot for free via the instant link on our page.

Personal testers’ opinion about Psycho Candies slot

  • Although childish (and when we say childish, we don’t mean adolescent, but in a real toddler-apt formula), this is one highly addictive game. Don’t get us wrong – it is super entertaining, just not serious enough for a money-losing exercise. Moreover, like toddlers are beguiled by their mothers to divert from what they are craving, here too, you will be distracted by multiple colourful items around, not noticing how your balance is just being swallowed.
  • The design is the well-known Candy/Jelly/Crush/Saga design. So, not a new contriving, we should mention. Plus, the teenage Candy Witch on the side of the grid is not particularly interesting or natural – for better wording. The different colours Bosses are funny – visually, but pocket-wise very difficult to feed. So it takes forever to obtain the Wheel at the end of this round. Plus, most likely, the result of this “fight” (not the right name, but the developers chose it) is not worth it.
  • An unlimited cascading multiplier is advertised in the game. Well, only on paper. Our team a few times progressed till x5 in the base game and x11 in the last of the Free Spins. So, nothing was endless during our game analyzing period.
  • Exactly as the Free Spins. On paper, the game potential is 5000x the total bet. The max win reported by the testing team was 86x the total bet, and the waiting for this mode was extremely lengthy. To survive till then, we needed a second deposit.
  • In the end, none of our standard tactics worked on these candies. Nor changing the stake, nor keeping the stake. Nor playing with a minimum bet, nor utilizing the medium bets (5 to 10 CAD). By the way, you should mind that each time you move to another bet, your counters above the grid start a new countdown. If you return to your prior bet, you will receive your prior status naturally.
  • Regardless of the sky-high RTP, our testers (playing like low-rollers) couldn’t catch a break – every session of theirs went to bust. The game didn’t show its max potential in multiple sessions and at different casinos. Seems not convenient for high-rollers as well, as the max bet is only 20 CAD.
  • What you should mind here is the low hit frequency, plus the fact that the Boss battle is not a bonus (you are paying for every spin in this mode with your current stake). OK, you will receive some reward at the end of the fight, but the amount will be disproportionate to the money you lost in the battle.

All summed up: this is one entertaining game, which seems set for fun and free play, but inept at leaving you satisfied with real cash play and bonus money wagering as well—neutral recommendation for both these purposes.

Features

  • Candy Bomb – 4 or more Bombs clustered together will explode and destruct adjacent symbols as well.
  • Bonus Jelly Candy – A cluster of at least 4 of these Jellylicious Candies will take you to a different dimension where a Bonus Pick and click game is set up for you. You get 2 to 5 chances to pick a Cash win, depending on the size of the triggering cluster.
  • Boss Fighting Feature – The teenage Candy Witch, collects Candies in counters above the grid for you. All symbols feed the Boss, except Bonus and Bomb Candies. When one of them is filled, this Bonus feature will be triggered. You’re taken to a new realm, and the Boss in question will position itself next to the grid, waiting to be fed. Once he is satiated, he will reward you with a Cash Prize and take you to the Jackpot Wheel.
  • Jackpot Wheel – You get 1 chance to hit one of the 4 Jackpots or Free Spins.
  • Free Spins – Landing 4, 5, 6, or 7+ Pink Candy Heart symbols in a cluster formation will launch 12, 14, 18 or 22 Free Spins, respectively. Unlike in the base game, the multiplier will not reset when you don’t hit a consecutive win, but it will keep increasing by 1 after every win. The Jackpot Wheel feature can also obtain free Spins.
